In 2025, entered into a cooperative production partnership with Chongqing Huxi Electric Motor Industry Co., Ltd. (Factory Code 5019).

Push rods and special-requirement standard parts for QD-series military special-purpose motors. Prototype production has been completed, and small-batch supply has commenced.

Collaborated with CRRC Chengdu Electric Motor Co., Ltd. in 2024.

Magnetic pole bolts (Class A components), flanges, lock nuts, and lock washers for rail transit motors—along with various standard parts meeting national and railway standards—have successfully passed first-article inspection and are now being supplied in volume.

Collaborated with Shengdong Group in 2024 to manufacture fastener products.

Current fastener product offerings—which are already being supplied in volume—include connecting rod bolts, counterweight bolts, main bearing bolts, cylinder head bolts, and other Class C fasteners, with a total monthly supply of approximately 5,000 units.

Co-developed with Shanghai GKN Drive Shaft Co., Ltd. in 2023.

Two key components for Chery Automobile’s 800V two-speed, off-road-capable 3-in-1 system—parallel pins and threaded rods—are currently being supplied in volume, with a monthly output of approximately 10,000 units.

Various fasteners—including M52 bolts, fitted bolts, and M20x298 bolts—for the bogies of FXD2B and HXD2 electric locomotives have completed first-article inspection and are now being supplied in volume (Class B and Class C parts).

Began collaborating with Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2018.

We have successively carried out the trial production of valves and valve seats for D30 and 152 models, as well as for gas engines. Currently, the service life of these gas engine valves and valve seats exceeds 10,000 hours; they are now in mass production and have been well-received by customers.

Began collaborating with Weichai (Shandong Weichai and Chongqing Weichai) in 2015.

Production has been successively undertaken for valves and valve seats designed for high-power marine internal combustion engines (diesel and gas), specifically the 170, 250, WH28, and 200 series.....

In 2012, the company collaborated with Shanxi Diesel Engine Industry Co., Ltd. (State-owned Factory 616) to develop valves and valve seats for the "150-series" tank diesel engine; operational validation has confirmed over 4,000 hours of effective service.....

Current business operations have expanded to include the volume supply of various fasteners, such as the D180, 240H, and D265 series (Class B and Class C parts).

Leveraging our company's core technologies, we jointly developed and manufactured 16V280 internal combustion engine bimetallic exhaust valves and integrally strengthened intake valves in collaboration with CRRC Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd.

In June 2004, the product successfully passed the diesel engine type tests (comprising a 100-hour performance test and a 360-hour endurance test) established by the European railway authorities. It is currently widely used in the 240 and 280 ....
